    <p>Цель исследования – обоснование возможностей использования сомно-трекеров для мониторинга, анализа и индивидуальной коррекции сна спортсменов. &#13;
Методы и организация исследования. Использованы приложение для смартфона Sleep Cycle, спортивные часы Polar Vantage V, клиническая полисомнография, методы математической статистики. &#13;
Результаты исследования и выводы. В ходе экспериментов и анализа полученных данных выявлено достоверное совпадение значений времени пребывания в постели, полного времени сна и эффективности сна испытуемых, зарегистрированных параллельно вышеназванными методами. Спортивные часы Polar Vantage V в опытах достоверно регистрировали также суммарное время кратковременных пробуждений. Полученные результаты позволяют сделать заключение о появлении в методическом арсенале спортивной сомнологии нового, аппаратного, неинвазивного метода регистрации и анализа репрезентативных характеристик сна спортсменов.</p>

   <trans-abstract xml:lang="en">
    <p>The purpose of the study is to justify the potential use of sleep trackers for monitoring, analyzing, and individually adjusting the sleep of athletes.&#13;
Research methods and organization. The smartphone application Sleep Cycle, the Polar Vantage V sports watch, clinical polysomnography, and methods of mathematical statistics were used. &#13;
Research results and conclusions. During the experiments and the analysis of the obtained data, a significant correlation was found between the values of time spent in bed, total sleep time, and sleep efficiency of the participants, as recorded simultaneously by the aforementioned methods. In the experiments, Polar Vantage V sports watches also reliably recorded the total duration of brief awakenings. The results obtained allow us to conclude that a new, hardware-based, non-invasive method for recording and analyzing representative sleep characteristics of athletes has emerged in the methodological toolkit of sports somnology.</p>
