    <p>Цель исследования – выявление личностных качеств эффективного наставника в современном образовательном процессе вуза в представлении студентов.&#13;
Методы и организация исследования. Выборку исследования составили 208 студентов бакалавриата (1-4 курсы) и магистратуры (1-2 курсы) в возрасте от 17 до 36 лет. Психодиагностическая батарея: авторская анкета в Яндекс-форме, направленная на исследование представлений о роли наставника.&#13;
Результаты исследования и выводы. Студенты в большей степени концентрируются на инструментальных аспектах наставника, а не процессуальных характеристиках. На восприятие студентами образа наставника влияют культурные и институциональные нормы, принятые в образовательной среде.</p>

   <trans-abstract xml:lang="en">
    <p>The purpose of the study is to identify the personal qualities of an effective mentor in the modern university educational process as perceived by students.&#13;
Research methods and organization. The study sample consisted of 208 undergraduate (1st-4th years) and graduate (1st-2nd years) students aged 17 to 36. The psychodiagnostic battery included an author-developed questionnaire in Yandex Forms, aimed at investigating perceptions of the mentor's role.&#13;
Research results and conclusions. Students tend to focus more on the instrumental aspects of a mentor rather than the procedural characteristics. The perception of the mentor's image by students is influenced by the cultural and institutional norms prevalent in the educational environment.</p>
