Биологические ритмы – это один из механизмов, которые позволяют организму адекватно адаптироваться к меняющимся условиям жизни. Знание этих ритмов, их положительных и отрицательных пиков развития позволяет более эффективно планировать индивидуальную, как физическую, так и умственную нагрузку с учётом эмоционального состояния человека, что является очень важным инструментом управления тренировочным процессом в спортивной практике, особенно в процессе предстоящих стартов. В статье представлена последовательность определения наиболее положительных дней функционального состояния спортсмена для рационального распределения физических и умственных нагрузок для достижения наилучшего результата в соревновательной деятельности.
