В статье представлены организационно-педагогические условия, необходимые для эффективного преобразования общих силовых возможностей в гидродинамические усилия квалифицированных пловцов в ластах (КПЛ). К ним относятся: создание функциональной базы для перспективной реализации силового потенциала пловцов; формирование стабильности гребкового усилия в условиях соревновательной нагрузки; параметрическая алгоритмизация тренировочной нагрузки в соответствии с мощностью гребка; развитие силы мышечных групп до уровня, соответствующего основным гидродинамическим характеристикам гребка. Менее значимыми условиями являются: координация методов формирования гидродинамической мощности гребковых усилий; преимущественная направленность силовой подготовки на достижение развития силы мышечных групп, участвующих в рабочей фазе гребковых движений.

The article presents the organizational and pedagogical conditions necessary for the effective transformation of general strength capabilities into hydrodynamic efforts of qualified swimmers in flippers (KPL). These include: creation of a functional base for the prospective realization of the power potential of swimmers; formation of stability of the rowing effort in conditions of competitive load; parametric algorithmization of the training load in accordance with the power of the stroke; development of the strength of muscle groups to a level corresponding to the basic hydrodynamic characteristics of the stroke. Less significant conditions are: coordination of methods for the formation of hydrodynamic power of rowing efforts; the predominant focus of strength training on achieving the development of strength of muscle groups involved in the working phase of rowing movements.
