В статье рассматриваются условия формирования навыков владения техникой и тактикой игры в регби юных спортсменов. Целью исследования стал процесс формирования технических действий ведения тактической игры в регби на основе повышения физических качеств у юных регбистов с учетом сенситивного периода их развития. Сенситивный период — это время благоприятных возможностей для более эффективного развития качественных сторон личности человека в период его возрастных изменений. Результатом работы стал анализ качественных и количественных характеристик физического развития детей в заданной возрастной категории на основе предложенного комплекса специально разработанных упражнений по развитию профессионально важных качеств у обучающихся школ средствами регби. Данное обстоятельство явилось основанием для проведения эксперимента с целью установления истинности выдвигаемой гипотезы посредством опытной проверки.
The article discusses the conditions for the formation of skills in mastering the technique and tactics of playing rugby for young athletes. The aim of the study was the process of formation of technical actions, the vision of a tactical game of rugby based on improving the physical qualities of young rugby players, taking into account the sensitive period of their development. The sensitive period is a time of favorable opportunities for more effective development of the qualitative aspects of a person during the period of his age-related changes. The result of the work was the analysis of the qualitative and quantitative characteristics of the physical development of children in a given age category on the basis of the proposed set of specially designed exercises for the development of professionally important qualities in school students by means of rugby. This circumstance was the basis for conducting an experiment in order to establish the truth of the hypothesis put forward through experimental verification.
