В статье обоснована важность определения силы нервных процессов у единоборцев с целью оптимизации учебно-тренировочного процесса. Авторы исследуют влияние работы нервной системы на спортивные результаты и предлагают методики определения силы нервных процессов для индивидуализации тренировочных программ. Протестирована группа студентов университета им. П.Ф. Лесгафта, занимающихся единоборствами, проведена диагностика силы и слабости нервной системы спортсменов-единоборцев в условиях тренировочного процесса.
This scientific article discusses the importance of determining the strength of nervous processes in martial artists in order to optimize the educational and training process. The authors explore the influence of the nervous system on athletic performance and propose methods for determining the strength of nervous processes to individualize training programs. We tested a group of students involved in martial arts from the University. P.F. Lesgaft, a diagnosis of the strength and weakness of the nervous system of martial arts athletes was carried out under the conditions of the training process.
