С развитием информационных технологий появились различные гаджеты и фитнес-приложения для оптимизации занятий физическими упражнениями. Их популярность растет стремительными темпами. Студенты являются одними из самых активных их пользователей как в Китае, так и России. В то же время в вопросе использования цифровых технологий в физическом воспитании студенческой молодежи имеются определенные сложности. В статье представлено исследование по изучению теоретических и практических аспектов использования специализированных гаджетов и фитнес приложений в физическом воспитании студенческой молодежи Китая и России. Установлены преимущества современных информационных технологий перед традиционными средствами физического воспитания, а также их недостатки.
With the development of information technology, various gadgets and fitness applications have appeared to optimize physical exercises. Their popularity is growing rapidly. Students are among the most active users of them both in China and Russia. At the same time, there are certain difficulties in the use of digital technologies in the physical education of students. The purpose of this work is to study the theoretical and practical aspects of the use of specialized gadgets and fitness applications in the physical education of students in China and Russia. Research methods: analysis of information sources and personal experience of physical education of students in China and Russia. The conducted research allowed us to establish the advantages of modern information technologies over traditional means of physical education, as well as their disadvantages.
