Уровень тренированности легкоатлета и мотивация к тренировкам связаны с материальными возможностями легкоатлета, а также с наличием тренировочных условий. Наблюдается прямая взаимосвязь между эффективностью результатов и возможностью легкоатлета полноценно тренироваться. В последние годы в студенческой лёгкой атлетике Новосибирской области произошли сдвиги результатов в худшую сторону. Уменьшение количества занимающихся стало прямым следствием падения результатов. В статье представлено исследование по выявлению динамики и закономерностей участия новосибирских легкоатлетов в беговых дисциплинах выносливости на летних чемпионатах среди вузов.
The athlete's fitness level and motivation for training are directly related to the athlete's material base, as well as the availability of training conditions. There is a direct relationship between effective results and the athlete’s ability to train fully. The aim of the study is to identify the dynamics and patterns of participation of Novosibirsk athletes in endurance running disciplines at the summer championships among universities. In recent years, the results of student athletics in the Novosibirsk region have shifted for the worse. The decrease in the number of students was a direct consequence of the drop in results.
