Развитие технических навыков является важной составляющей обучения волейболистов. Особенно важным этапом развития является возраст 12-13 лет, когда молодые спортсмены активно осваивают базовые элементы игры и формируют свою технику. В статье рассмотрены эффективные методы развития технических навыков волейболистов данного возраста с использованием подвижных игр на занятиях по физической культуре. Одним из ключевых аспектов успешного развития технических навыков является доступная и привлекательная форма обучения. Подвижные игры предоставляют отличную возможность комбинировать физическую активность с тренировками, что помогает детям эффективнее усваивать новые элементы игры. Кроме того, такие игры стимулируют фантазию и интерес детей к самому процессу обучения, что способствует более продуктивному усвоению материала. Авторами доказана эффективность использования подвижных игр на занятиях по физической культуре для обучения техническим приемам волейболистов возраста 12–13 лет. Рассмотрены различные виды подвижных игр, их применение на занятиях, а также оценена их эффективность в формировании навыков и улучшении физической подготовки молодых спортсменов.
Developing technical skills is an important part of training volleyball players. A particularly important stage of development is the age of 12-13 years, when young athletes are actively mastering the basic elements of the game and developing their technique. In this article we will look at effective methods for developing the technical skills of volleyball players of this age using outdoor games in physical education classes. One of the key aspects of successfully developing technical skills is making the training accessible and engaging. Outdoor games provide an excellent opportunity to combine physical activity with training, which helps children learn new elements of play more effectively. In addition, such games stimulate children's imagination and interest in the learning process itself, which contributes to more productive learning. The purpose of this article is to identify the effectiveness of using outdoor games in physical education classes to teach technical techniques to volleyball players aged 12–13 years. Various types of outdoor games will be considered, their use in the classroom, and their effectiveness in developing skills and improving the physical fitness of young athletes will be assessed.
