    <p>В статье рассмотрены факторы и подходы к анализу максимального потребления кислорода как показателя функциональной подготовленности лыжников-гонщиков. Предложен подход к оценке относительного максимального потребления, его модельные значения и уровни для оценки аэробного энергообеспечения спортсменов различного возраста на примере лыжников-гонщиков 15-22 лет. Рассмотрена возможность прогнозирования результатов функциональной подготовки.</p>

   <trans-abstract xml:lang="en">
    <p>The article considers the factors and approaches to the analysis of maximum oxygen consumption as an indicator of the functional fitness of skiers-riders. An approach to estimating the relative maximum consumption, its model values and levels for estimating the aerobic energy supply of athletes of different ages is proposed, on the example of skiers-racers 15-22 years old. The possibility of predicting the results of functional training was considered.</p>
