В статье рассмотрены теоретические аспекты методики рукопашного боя как спортивной дисциплины в рамках подготовки курсантов Академии ФСИН. Изучено влияние рукопашного боя на развитие психофизических способностей курсантов учреждения исполнения наказаний. Отмечено, что существуют методические нюансы использования и преподавания рукопашного боя в системе ФСИН. Проведено анкетирование среди курсантов Академии ФСИН, результаты которого показали эффективность рукопашного боя как средства развития психофизических способностей и психомоторных навыков.

This paper examines the theoretical aspects of the methodology of hand-to-hand combat as a sports discipline within the framework of training cadets of the Federal Penitentiary Service. The influence of hand-to-hand combat on the development of psychophysical abilities of cadets of a penal institution has been studied. It is noted that there are methodological nuances in the use and teaching of hand-to-hand combat in the FSIN system. A survey was conducted among cadets of the Federal Penitentiary Service, which resulted in conclusions about the effectiveness of hand-to-hand combat as a means of developing psychophysical abilities and psychomotor skills.
