Статья посвящена проблеме определения уровня физической работоспособности и выносливости девушек 18-19 Иркутского национального исследовательского технического университета (ИРНИТУ) с учётом типа их телосложения. Представлен результат индексной оценки уровня физической работоспособности девушек при использовании Гарвардского степ-теста. В процессе педагогического эксперимента рассматривалась реакция организма девушек на тестирующую дозированную нагрузку с учётом антропометрических данных и типа их телосложения.

This article is devoted to the problem of determining the level of physical performance and endurance of girls 18-19 of Irkutsk National Research Technical University (IRNTU), taking into account their body type. The result of an index assessment of the level of physical performance of girls aged 18-19 years of IRNTU using the Harvard Step test (IGST) is presented. In the course of the pedagogical experiment, the reaction of the girls' body to the testing metered load was considered, taking into account anthropometric data and their body type.
