Одним из главных и, несомненно, самым зрелищным компонентом физической культуры являются соревнования. Спортивные достижения относятся к той сфере деятельности человека, где для выдающегося результата в большой степени необходим комплексный подход к компонентам, от которых он зависит. Важно оценить не только их значимость и влияние на результативность выступлений спортсменов, но и взаимосвязь друг с другом. В статье представлены полученные в результате проведенных исследований данные, отражены компоненты, обеспечивающие результативность выступлений квалифицированных пловчих-стайеров на соревнованиях, сделана оценка их взаимосвязи.
One of the main and undoubtedly the most spectacular component of physical culture is competition. Sporting achievements belong to that sphere of human activity where an outstanding result requires to a large extent an integrated approach to the components on which it depends. It is important to assess not only their significance and impact on the performance of athletes, but also their relationship with each other. The article presents the data obtained as a result of the conducted research, reflects the components that ensure the effectiveness of the performances of qualified stayer swimmers at competitions, and assesses their relationship.
