В статье представлено обоснование возможности использования средств физической подготовки для формирования устойчивости военнослужащих к отрицательному влиянию высокого эмоционально-психического напряжения, возникающего в процессе боевой деятельности.

The article presents the substantiation of the possibility of using physical training means to form the resistance of military personnel to the negative impact of high emotional and mental stress arising in the process of combat activity.
