В статье представлены результаты мониторинга выполнения органами государственной власти Российской Федерации планов мероприятий («дорожных карт») по повышению значений показателей доступности для инвалидов объектов и услуг в сфере физической культуры и спорта, основанных на информации федеральных органов исполнительной власти и органов государственной власти субъектов Российской Федерации, подготовленных в соответствии с рекомендациями Минтруда России по совершенствованию региональных планов мероприятий по повышению значений показателей доступности для инвалидов объектов и услуг с использованием передовых практик планирования в регионах действий по созданию доступной среды. Результаты исследования учитываются при планировании мероприятий по улучшению доступности для инвалидов объектов и услуг в сфере физической культуры и спорта на федеральном и региональном уровнях.

The article presents the results of monitoring the implementation by the state authorities of the Russian Federation of action plans ("road maps") to increase the values of the indicators of accessibility of facilities and services in the field of physical culture and sports for people with disabilities, based on information from federal executive authorities and state authorities of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, prepared in accordance with the recommendations of the Ministry of Labor of Russia to improve regional plans measures to increase the values of indicators of accessibility of facilities and services for people with disabilities using best practices in planning actions in the regions to create an accessible environment. The results of the study are taken into account when planning measures to improve the accessibility of facilities and services in the field of physical culture and sports for people with disabilities at the federal and regional levels.
