В статье представлены результаты исследования объема и интенсивности физической нагрузки в различных формах занятий физической подготовкой кадет выпускного класса. Выявлено, что общий объем нагрузки в одном подразделении за неделю составляет 12,75 астрономического часа, ежедневный объем колеблется от 0,5 до 4,25 астрономического часа. Анализ интенсивности нагрузки в занятиях физической подготовкой показал преобладание в значительном количестве занятий двигательных заданий, выполняемых кадетами с частотой сердечных сокращений 160-170 и выше ударов в минуту вне зависимости от формы занятия.

The article presents the results of a study of the volume and intensity of physical activity in various forms of physical training of cadets of the graduating class. It was revealed that the total volume of workload in one unit per week is 12.75 astronomical hours, the daily volume ranges from 0.5 to 4.25 astronomical hours. The analysis of the intensity of the load in physical training showed the predominance in a significant number of classes of motor tasks performed by cadets with a heart rate of 160-170 and higher beats per minute, regardless of the type of activity.
