В статье представлен аналитический обзор результатов, выполненных студентами военного учебного центра Омского государственного технического университета нормативов испытаний Всероссийского физкультурно-спортивного комплекса «Готов к труду и обороне». 20 студентов экспериментальной группы прошли пять аттестаций в период реализации учебной программы военной подготовки, из которых три – в пункте постоянной дислокации Университета, два – на учебных сборах, в начале и по его завершении на фондах воинской части. Динамика результатов выполненных нормативов 8 ступени для граждан возрастной группы от 20 до 24 лет на всех пяти испытаниях определила эффективность разработанной программы и подтвердила ранее выдвинутую гипотезу, согласно которой управляемые и контролируемые нагрузки сформируют базовую основу совершенствования физической, морально-психологической подготовки студентов военного учебного центра к профессиональной деятельности.
The article presents an analytical review of the results of the test standards of the All-Russian Physical Culture and Sports Complex "Ready for Labor and Defense" performed by students of the military training center of the Omsk State Technical University. 20 students of the experimental group passed five certifications during the implementation of the military training curriculum, of which three were at the point of permanent deployment of the University, two were at training camps, at the beginning and after its completion at the funds of the military unit. The dynamics of the results of the fulfilled standards of the 8th stage for citizens of the age group from 20 to 24 years old on all five tests determined the effectiveness of the developed program and confirmed the previously put forward hypothesis, according to which managed and controlled loads will form the basic basis for improving the physical, moral and psychological training of students of the military training center for professional activities.
