Физическая подготовка баскетболисток на этапе совершенствования спортивного мастерства приобретает специализированный характер, что во многом определяется индивидуальным подходом и дифференциацией игроков по амплуа. Выбор тренировочных средств, методов и форм организации занимающихся, обусловливается развитием ведущих способностей, характерных для баскетболисток конкретного игрового амплуа, которые являются основными для достижения максимальных показателей двигательной подготовленности в тренировочной и соревновательной деятельности. Материалы статьи раскрывают структуру и содержание специальной физической подготовки баскетболисток 15-17 лет на основе применения индивидуально-дифференцированного подхода.
Physical training of basketball players at the stage of improving sports skills acquires a specialized character, which is largely determined by an individual approach and differentiation of players by position. The choice of training means, methods and forms of organization of students is determined by the development of leading abilities characteristic of basketball players of a particular playing role, which are the main ones for achieving maximum indicators of motor fitness in training and competitive activities. The materials of the article reveal the structure and content of special physical training of basketball players of 15-17 years old on the basis of the use of an individually differentiated approach.
