Цель исследования – сравнительное изучение и анализ показателей психологической безопасности образовательной среды педагогического университета в оценках российских и китайских студентов. Методы исследования: анализ и обобщение научно-методической литературы, психодиагностические методы, анкетирование, методы математической статистики (сравнительный анализ по критерию t-Стьюдента, частотный анализ). Результаты исследования и выводы. В ходе исследования выявлены достоверные различия двух групп в оценках ключевых показателей психологической безопасности образовательной среды. Китайские студенты достоверно выше, чем российские, оценивают референтность и удовлетворенность значимыми характеристиками образовательной среды, а также защищенность от психологического насилия во взаимодействии с преподавателями. Полученные результаты позволяют разработать рекомендации для создания психологически безопасной и комфортной образовательной среды вуза в условиях межкультурного взаимодействия.
The purpose of the study is a comparative examination and analysis of the indicators of psychological safety in the educational environment of a pedagogical university as assessed by Russian and Chinese students. Research methods: analysis and generalization of scientific and methodological literature, psychodiagnostic methods, questionnaires, methods of mathematical statistics (comparative analysis using the Student's t-test, frequency analysis). Research results and conclusions. The study revealed significant differences between the two groups in their assessments of key indicators of the psychological safety of the educational environment. Chinese students rated the reference value and satisfaction with significant characteristics of the educational environment, as well as protection from psychological abuse in interactions with teachers, significantly higher than Russian students. The results obtained make it possible to develop recommendations for creating a psychologically safe and comfortable educational environment at the university in the context of intercultural interaction.
