Цель исследования – выявить особенности проявления пластичности в художественной и спортивной гимнастике. Методы исследования: анализ научно-методической литературы, сравнительный анализ, миотонометрия, методы математической статистики. Результаты исследования и выводы. Проведён сравнительный анализ пластичности движений у гимнасток художественной и спортивной гимнастики на основе показателей миотонометрии. Выявлены достоверные различия в амплитуде «напряжение–расслабление» большинства мышечных групп. Особое внимание уделено связи этих показателей с межмышечной координацией, слитностью движений и пластичностью. Полученные результаты свидетельствуют о том, что метод миотонометрии является объективным и информативным инструментом оценки межмышечной координации и пластичности в технико-эстетических видах спорта. Рекомендуется включать в подготовку спортсменок элементы «перекрестного» тренинга: художественным гимнасткам – упражнения на развитие взрывной силы (по типу спортивной гимнастики) для улучшения четкости элементов, а спортивным гимнасткам – ритмические и волнообразные упражнения для развития способности к быстрому расслаблению мышц и повышения эстетической составляющей композиции.
The purpose of the study is to identify the characteristics of flexibility manifestation in artistic and rhythmic gymnastics. Research methods: analysis of scientific and methodological literature, comparative analysis, myotonometry, methods of mathematical statistics. Research results and conclusions. A comparative analysis of movement flexibility in artistic and rhythmic gymnasts was conducted based on myotonometry indicators. Significant differences were identified in the amplitude of "tension–relaxation" in most muscle groups. Particular attention was paid to the relationship of these indicators with intermuscular coordination, movement fluidity, and flexibility. The results indicate that the myotonometry method is an objective and informative tool for assessing intermuscular coordination and flexibility in technical and aesthetic sports. It is recommended to include elements of "cross" training in athletes' preparation: for rhythmic gymnasts, exercises to develop explosive strength (similar to those in artistic gymnastics) to improve the precision of movements, and for artistic gymnasts, rhythmic and wave-like exercises to develop the ability for rapid muscle relaxation and enhance the aesthetic component of routines.
