В статье рассматривается вопрос о необходимости комплексного подхода в развитии дыхательной функции, как базиса речевого дыхания. Введение - одной из причин возникновения нарушений в речевом развитии является несовершенство речевого дыхания. Выдыхаемая воздушная струя является основой для звучания голоса и речи. У детей с тяжелыми нарушениями речи часто обнаруживаются нарушения со стороны дыхательной функции. Дыхание поверхностное и учащенное. Укорочение выдоха приводит к невозможности произнесения фразы без добора воздуха. Методика и организация исследования - обследованы 44 школьника 7-9 лет с нарушением речи. Оценивались параметры внешнего дыхания по пробам Штанге и Генча, измерялась жизненная ёмкость лёгких и вычислялся Интекс Тиффно, а также состояние речевого дыхания. Результаты исследования и их обсуждение - выявлены выраженные изменения изучаемых показателей, характеризующих дыхательную функцию и речевое дыхание, в основной группе по сравнению с контрольной. Что подтвердило эффективность включения в процесс адаптивного физического воспитания комплекса дыхательных упражнений и совместного с логопедом развития речевого дыхания
The article discusses the need for an integrated approach in the development of respiratory function as the basis of speech breathing. Introduction - one of the causes of disorders in speech development is the imperfection of speech breathing. The exhaled air jet is the basis for the sound of voice and speech. In children with severe speech disorders, respiratory function disorders are often found. Breathing is shallow and rapid. Shortening of the exhalation leads to the impossibility of pronouncing a phrase without getting air. Methodology and organization of the study - 44 schoolchildren aged 7-9 with speech disorders were examined. The parameters of external respiration were evaluated by the samples of the Barbell and Gencha, the vital capacity of the lungs was measured and the Intex Tiffno was calculated, as well as the state of speech respiration. The results of the study and their discussion - revealed pronounced changes in the studied indicators characterizing respiratory function and speech respiration in the main group compared with the control group. This confirmed the effectiveness of including a complex of breathing exercises and joint development of speech breathing with a speech therapist in the process of adaptive physical education
