В условиях возрастающих требований к использованию в профессиональной деятельности инновационных физкультурно-оздоровительных технологий необходима должная по содержанию и методике аттестационная процедура оценки уровня профессиональной компетентности тренеров по фитнесу. Цель данной оценки заключается не только в констатации существующего уровня, но, прежде всего, в планировании профессионального роста данных специалистов. Между тем, отсутствие четких определений профессиональной компетентности тренера по фитнесу затрудняют разработку содержания и методики данной оценки. Цель исследования заключается в разработке содержания и методики аттестационной процедуры оценки уровня профессиональной компетентности тренеров по фитнесу. В рамках решения исследовательской задачи выделены методическая, коммуникативная и профессиональная компетенций в общей структуре профессиональной компетентности тренера по фитнесу. В рамках разведения знаниевой и деятельностной составляющих определены составляющие аттестационной процедуры, критерии и индикаторы которой раскрывают основное содержание данной компетентности. Объективность аттестационной процедуры обеспечивает использование метода групповой экспертной оценки в рамках 3-хбалльной шкалы измерения, позволяющей выявить низкий, средний и высокий уровни профессиональной компетентности тренеров по фитнесу. Представленные результаты исследования могут быть использованы организациями, оказывающими физкультурно-оздоровительные услуги населению, в построении и работе системы корпоративного обучения. Раскрытое содержание и методика оценки позволяют руководству и экспертному сообществу организаций дать объективное представление о профессиональных качествах сотрудников, выявить и устранить проблемы, связанные с выполнением профессиональных обязанностей и определить перспективы для дальнейшего повышения их профессионализма
Under the conditions of increasing requirements for the use of innovative physical culture and health technologies in professional activity it is necessary to have a proper content and methodology of certification procedure for assessing the level of professional competence of fitness trainers. The purpose of this assessment is not only to state the existing level, but, above all, to plan the professional growth of these specialists. Meanwhile, the lack of clear definitions of the professional competence of a fitness trainer makes it difficult to develop the content and methodology of this assessment. The main purpose of the study is to develop the content and methods of certification procedure for assessing the level of professional competence of fitness trainers. In the framework of solving the research task methodological, communicative and professional competences in the general structure of professional competence of a fitness trainer were singled out. In the framework of separation of knowledge and activity components the components of certification procedure are defined, the criteria and indicators of which reveal the main content of this competence. The objectivity of the attestation procedure is ensured by using the method of group expert evaluation within the framework of the 3-point measurement scale, which allows revealing the low, medium and high levels of professional competence of fitness trainers. The presented results of the study can be used by organizations providing physical culture and health services to the population, in the construction and operation of the corporate training system. The disclosed content and methodology of the assessment allow the management and expert community of organizations to give an objective view of the professional qualities of employees, to identify and eliminate problems associated with the performance of professional duties and determine the prospects for further improvement of their professionalism
