Баскетбол - командная спортивная игра с мячом, где каждый член команды выполняет определенную роль. Спортивная команда представляет собой коллектив со своими психологическими особенностями, в котором складываются определенные отношения между членами команды и непосредственно командой и тренером. Создать хороший социально-психологический климат в спортивном коллективе, подобрать команду так, чтобы все ее члены не только успешно взаимодействовали на площадке, но и построили правильные взаимоотношения в коллективе большое искусство и большой педагогический труд. А в современных условиях победы и успешность спортивной команды во многом зависят от эффективных лидеров в данной команде. Однако, несмотря на изучение данного вопроса со стороны ученых, у практиков спорта остаются не решенные вопросы. А если учесть тот факт, что человек - это биосоциальное существо, со своим характером, амбициями, уровнем притязания и т. д., то изучение проблемы роли лидера в спорте остается актуальным и в настоящее время. Объектом исследования является спортивно-тренировочный процесс в баскетбольных командах. Предмет исследования - влияние лидера на эффективность тренировочной и соревновательной деятельности спортивной команды и взаимоотношений в ней. Цель исследования - выявить и проанализировать роль лидера: в деятельности спортивной команды и в поддержании внутреннего равновесия, и в самой команде. На основе проведенного эксперимента авторы пришли к выводу, что для достижения высоких результатов, эффективного руководства и предотвращения внутригрупповых конфликтов необходимо учитывать дифференциацию лидерских ролей.
Basketball is a team game with a ball, where each member of the team performs a certain role. A sports team is a team with its own psychological characteristics, in which certain relationships develop between team members and directly the team and the coach. To create a good socio-psychological climate in the sports team, to select a team so that all its members not only successfully interact on the site, but also build the right relationships in the team is a great art and great pedagogical work. And in modern conditions, the victories and success of a sports team largely depend on effective leaders in this team. However, despite the study of this issue by scientists, sports practitioners still have unresolved issues. And if we take into account the fact that a person is a biosocial being, with his own character, ambitions, level of pretension, etc., then the study of the problem of the role of a leader in sports remains relevant at the present time. The object of the study is the sports and training process in basketball teams. The subject of the study is the influence of the leader on the effectiveness of the training and competitive activities of a sports team and the relationships in it. The purpose of the study is to identify and analyze the role of a leader: in the activities of a sports team and in maintaining internal balance, and in the team itself. Based on the conducted experiment, the authors came to the conclusion that in order to achieve high results, effective leadership and prevention of intra-group conflicts, it is necessary to take into account the differentiation of leadership roles.
