В статье представлено исследование, посвященное определению срочного и отставленного эффекта сенсомоторной тренировки с локальной сенсорной депривацией (зрительной, слуховой и проприоцептивной) и без нее на параметры динамической постуральной устойчивости и сенсомоторной координации в специализированных действиях у спортсменов 18-22 лет, занимающихся армейским рукопашным боем. Научная новизна исследования состоит в том, что впервые установлено воздействие сенсорной депривации в условиях тренировки на неустойчивых поверхностях на качество функций вестибулярной сенсорной системы и зрительно-моторную координацию в специализированных ударных действиях в условиях реакции выбора у бойцов в армейском рукопашном бое. Практическая значимость полученных результатов состоит в возможности их применения при планировании специальной физической подготовки бойцов, направленной на сопряженное совершенствование их скоростной, скоростно-силовой и скоростной подготовленности в условиях внедрения сенсомоторной тренировки как средства такого сопряжения, которое является важным фактором ускоренной подготовки курсантов членов команды ВУЗа по армейскому рукопашному бою к выступлению в соревнованиях
The article presents a study devoted to determining the urgent and delayed effect of sensorimotor training with and without local sensory deprivation (visual, auditory and proprioceptive) on the parameters of dynamic postural stability and sensorimotor coordination in specialized actions in athletes aged 18-22 years specializing in army hand-to-hand combat. The scientific novelty of the study consists in the fact that for the first time the effect of sensory deprivation in the conditions of training on unstable surfaces on the quality of the functions of the vestibular sensory system and hand-eye coordination in specialized shock actions in the conditions of the reaction of choice of fighters in army hand-to-hand combat has been established. The practical significance of the results obtained consists in the possibility of their application in the planning of special physical training of fighters aimed at the conjugate improvement of their speed, speed-strength and speed training in the conditions of the introduction of sensorimotor training, as a means of such coupling, which is an important factor in the accelerated training of cadets members of the University team in army hand-to-hand combat to perform in competitions
