Актуальность изучения особенностей организации профессиональной подготовки бакалавров туризма обусловлена потребностью в обогащении теории и практики профессионального образования новыми этнопедагогическими формами, средствами и методами подготовки специалиста этого профиля. В этой связи перспективными являются поиски подходов к разработке модели эффективной организации этого процесса. Цель исследования заключается в научном обосновании и апробации модели этнокультурной подготовки бакалавров туризма. Новизна исследования заключается в научном обосновании содержания и механизмов реализации структурно-функциональной модели этнокультурной подготовки бакалавров туризма. Практическая значимость результатов исследования заключается в возможности использования авторской концепции и модели этнокультурной подготовки бакалавров туризма в образовательных учреждениях высшего и среднего образования
The relevance of studying the features of the organization of professional training of tourism bachelors is due to the need to enrich the theory and practice of vocational education with new ethnopedagogical forms, means and methods of training a specialist in this profile.
