В статье по результатам проведенных исследований рассматривается распределение детей 7-12 лет коренных народов Севера по группам предрасположенности к занятию вольной борьбой путем изучения генов, отвечающих за генетическую предрасположенность. Задачи процесса подготовки указывают на учет и выявления индивидуальных генетических особенностей развития организма с первого этапа спортивной подготовки, который, возможно, обеспечит необходимый уровень развития физических качеств. Выявлены особенности каждой сформированной группы детей, распределенных с учетом генетически заданных особенностей. Полученные результаты научного исследования имеют большое значение для рационального планирования программ учебно-тренировочного процесса в вольной борьбе
Based on the results of the research, the article examines the distribution of children aged 7-12 years of the indigenous peoples of the North by groups of predisposition to freestyle wrestling by studying the genes responsible for the genetic predisposition. The tasks of the training process indicate the consideration and identification of individual genetic features of the development of the body from the first stage of sports training, which will probably provide the necessary level of development of physical qualities. The features of each formed group of children, distributed taking into account genetically specified features, are revealed. The obtained results of scientific research are of great importance for the rational planning of programs of the educational and training process in freestyle wrestling
