В процессе проводимого исследования, была разработана педагогическая модель развития скоростной выносливости у спортсменов-легкоатлетов. К главным компонентам разработанной модели относится: физическое развитие спортсменов, цели развития скоростной выносливости у спортсменов, задачи подготовки по развитию скоростной выносливости, разработка программы тренировок, средства, формы, методы и принципы спортивной тренировки. Итогом педагогического эксперимента явились различия в результатах между группами. Результаты экспериментальной группы в среднем выше на 4-6% результатов контрольной группы, тем самым доказана эффективность разработанной педагогической модели
In the course of the research, a pedagogical model of the development of speed endurance in track and field athletes was developed. The main components of the developed model include: the physical development of athletes, the goals of the development of high-speed endurance in athletes, the tasks of training for the development of high-speed endurance, the development of a training program, means, forms, methods and principles of sports training. The result of the pedagogical experiment was differences in the results between the groups. The results of the experimental group are on average 4-6% higher than the results of the control group, thereby proving the effectiveness of the developed pedagogical model
