Ограниченная активность, нерациональное питание и отсутствие физической активности серьезно влияют на развитие детей. Сегодня все больше дошкольных учреждений начинают внедрять сдачу нормативов комплекса ГТО в свою программу обучения. Для успешного овладения программы комплекса ГТО широко используются различные виды подвижных игр, которые способствуют всестороннему развитию и социальной адаптации дошкольников. Исследование проводилось на базе муниципального бюджетного дошкольного учреждения г. Астрахани «Детский сад No5». Выборку составили обучающиеся старшей группы возрасте 6-7 лет, в количестве 61 ребенка. В данной статье мы рассмотрели различные виды подвижных игр, которые помогут детям подготовиться к успешной сдаче нормативов ГТО и способствуют их всестороннему развитию
Limited activity, poor nutrition and lack of physical activity seriously affect the development of children. Today, more and more preschool institutions are beginning to introduce passing the standards of the GTO complex into their curriculum. To successfully master the GTO complex program, various types of outdoor games are widely used, which contribute to the comprehensive development and social adaptation of preschool children. The study was conducted on the basis of the municipal budgetary preschool institution in Astrakhan "Kindergarten No. 5". The sample consisted of students of the senior group aged 6-7 years, in the amount of 61 children.
