В статье рассмотрен вопрос социальной активности студентов гуманитарного факультета в спортивно-массовой деятельности технического вуза. Цель исследования: выявление уровня активности студентов гуманитарного факультета в спортивно-массовой деятельности вуза за учебный год. Для реализации цели применялись следующие методы исследования: анализ научно-педагогической литературы, педагогическое наблюдение, анализ спортивной деятельности, тестирование, методы математической обработки результатов исследования. В ходе проведенного исследования выявлены положительные стороны участия сборных команд факультета по видам спорта в соревнованиях, их мотивы, процент участия студентов. Перспектива дальнейшего исследования состоит в оптимизации современной спортивно-массовой работы на факультетах вуза
The article considers the issue of social activity of students of the Faculty of Humanities in the sports and mass activities of a technical university. The purpose of the study: to identify the level of activity of students of the Faculty of Humanities in the sports and mass activities of the university during the academic year. To achieve the goal, the following research methods were used: analysis of scientific and pedagogical literature, pedagogical observation, analysis of sports activities, testing, and methods of mathematical processing of research results. The study revealed the positive aspects of the participation of the national teams of the faculty in sports competitions, their motives, and the percentage of student participation. The prospect of further research is to optimize modern sports and mass work at the faculties of the university
