В статье рассматривается влияние малоподвижного образа жизни на здоровье студентов Тюменского индустриального университета. Анализируются причины развития гиподинамии, возможные заболевания, возникающие вследствие её появления, рассматриваются симптомы гиподинамии, пути её преодоления. Приводятся данные анализа результатов анкетирования студентов, отражающие последствия малоподвижного образа жизни среди молодого поколения. Выявленная проблематика свидетельствует о низкой информативности студентов о риске заболеваний, связанных с малоподвижным образом жизни. Для профилактики гиподинамии необходимо постепенно восполнять недостаток физической активности
The article examines the impact of a sedentary lifestyle on the health of students at Tyumen Industrial University. The reasons for the development of physical inactivity, possible diseases arising as a result of its occurrence are analyzed, the symptoms of physical inactivity, and ways to overcome it are considered. Data from an analysis of the results of a student survey are presented, reflecting the consequences of a sedentary lifestyle among the younger generation. The identified problems indicate low awareness of students about the risk of diseases associated with a sedentary lifestyle.
