Внедрение нового Всероссийского физкультурно-спортивного комплекса (ВФСК) «Готов к труду и обороне» (ГТО) в практику высших учебных заведений требует совершенствования государственных образовательных стандартов высшего профессионального образования и программ по дисциплине «Физическая культура и спорт». Цель исследования - анализ уровня физической подготовленности студентов ВГСПУ к выполнению нормативов комплекса ГТО. Задача исследования: провести аналитическую работу по сравнению данных, полученных в результате сдачи студентами ВГСПУ тестовых заданий комплекса ВФСК «ГТО» с нормативами. Практическая значимость выражается в разработке и обосновании современных (актуальных) стратегий физической подготовки не только для сдачи нормативов комплекса ВФСК «ГТО», но и для общей физической подготовленности
The introduction of the new All-Russian Physical Culture and Sports Complex (VFSK) "Ready for Work and Defense" (TRP) into the practice of higher educational institutions requires the improvement of state educational standards of higher professional education and programs in the discipline "Physical Culture and Sports". The purpose of the study is to analyze the level of physical fitness of students of VGSPU to meet the standards of the TRP complex. The objective of the study: To conduct analytical work on comparing the data obtained as a result of the students passing the test tasks of the VFSK "GTO" complex with the standards. The practical significance is expressed in the development and justification of modern (relevant) physical training strategies not only for passing the standards of the VFSK "GTO" complex, but also for general physical fitness. The obtained material can be used in the development of a training program for the general physical development of young people of the age category from 18 to 24 years
