В статье особое внимание уделено тенденции к снижению уровня здоровья молодых людей в связи с недостаточной двигательной активностью студенческой молодежи и отсутствием систематической и комплексной оценки состояния здоровья в процессе обучения в вузе. Цель исследования состояла в определении физического состояния студентов и разработке комплекса мероприятий, направленных на формирование индивидуальных траекторий здоровья обучающихся. В исследовании приняли участие 1637 студентов первого курса обучения (652 девушки и 985 юношей). В результате проведённого исследования студентов выявлен недостаток в развитии физических качеств и функциональных возможностей ведущих систем организма студентов
The article special attention is paid to the trend towards a decrease in the level of health of young people due to insufficient physical activity of students and the lack of a systematic and comprehensive assessment of the state of health in the process of studying at a university. The purpose of the study was to determine the physical condition of students and develop a set of measures aimed at the formation of individual health trajectories of students. The study involved 1637 first-year students of technical specialties (652 girls and 985 boys). As a result of the study of students, a shortcoming in the development of physical qualities and functional capabilities of the leading systems of the student's body was revealed
