В статье представлен анализ медицинской документации и результатов педагогических наблюдений по отклонениям в состоянии здоровья студентов Смоленского государственного университета (СмолГУ) в течение 11 лет. Выделены основные проблемы системы физического воспитания в учебных отделениях вуза, даны практические рекомендации по повышению эффективности работы. Цель и задачи исследования: изучить структуру общей заболеваемости студентов СмолГУ; выявить проблемы качества преподавания на кафедре физической культуры; внести изменения в Рабочие программы дисциплины «Элективные курсы по физической культуре» и учебный процесс
The article presents an analysis of medical documentation and the results of pedagogical observations on deviations in the state of health of students of Smolensk State University (SmolSU) for 11 years. The main problems of the system of physical education in the educational departments of the university are highlighted, practical recommendations for improving the efficiency of work are given. The purpose and objectives of the study: to examine the structure of the general disease rate of Smolensk State University students; to identify problems of the teaching quality at the Department of Physical Education; to make changes to the Work programs of the discipline "Elective courses in physical education" and the educational process
