Вопросы, связанные с подготовкой специалистов по адаптивной физической культуре (далее - АФК), несмотря на то, что в значительной степени рассматриваются отечественными учеными на протяжении уже более десяти лет, и на современном этапе становления российского высшего профессионального образования, остаются достаточно дискуссионными, а, следовательно, актуальными и требующими внимания. Противоречия между важностью и значимостью подготовки компетентных специалистов в области АФК, их включения в профессиональную трудовую деятельность согласно направлению и профилю подготовки, с одной стороны, и низкими показателями качества образования выпускников вузов, включающего в себя такие важные компоненты как уровень приобретенных знаний, уровень освоения и владения профессиональными двигательными навыками или компетенциями, уровень психологической готовности, с другой стороны, актуализирует значимость поиска новых путей решения проблемы обеспечения российского общества высококлассными специалистами сферы АФК за счет повышения качества образовательного процесса студентов. Данная публикация посвящена определению важнейших компонентов структуры профессиональной подготовленности выпускников, факторов, определяющих их желание или нежелание к выбору профессии, связанной с работой с инвалидами и лицами с ограниченными возможностями здоровья (далее -ОВЗ). В своей статье автор на основе анализа и обобщения научной литературы, опроса специалистов в области АФК и адаптивного спорта (далее - АС) характеризует содержательные компоненты структуры, определяющей качества образования выпускников по направлению 49.03.02 физическая культура для лиц с отклонениями в состоянии здоровья, а также факторы, обеспечивающие нестабильность их трудоустройства по приобретенной специальности
The issues related to the training of specialists in adaptive physical culture (hereinafter referred to as AFC), despite the fact that they have been largely considered by domestic scientists for more than ten years, and at the present stage of the formation of Russian higher professional education, remain quite controversial, and, consequently, relevant and requiring attention. Contradictions between the importance and significance of the training of competent specialists in the field of AFC, their inclusion in professional work according to the direction and profile of training, on the one hand, and low quality indicators of university graduates' education, which includes such important components as the level of acquired knowledge, the level of mastering and possession of professional motor skills or competencies, the level of psychological readiness, on the other hand, actualizes the importance of finding new ways to solve the problem of providing Russian society with high-quality specialists in the field of AFC by improving the quality of the educational process of students. This publication is devoted to the definition of the most important components of the structure of professional readiness of graduates, factors determining their desire or unwillingness to choose a profession related to working with people with disabilities and persons with disabilities (hereinafter - HIA).
