В рамках исследования, проведенного с курсантами Академии ФСИН России, были рассмотрены изменения физических показателей после полугода занятий борьбой самбо. Как следствие, было доказано, что данный вид прикладного спорт способен оказать огромное влияние как на уровень общей физической подготовленности курсантов, так и на скоростно-силовые показатели. Осуществлен анализ динамики физических показателей на основе данных, полученных в начале и в конце исследования, все результаты занесены в таблицу
As part of a study conducted with cadets of the Academy of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia, changes in physical indicators were examined after six months of practicing sambo wrestling. As a result, it was proved that this type of applied sport can have a huge impact both on the level of general physical fitness of cadets and on speed-strength indicators. An analysis of the dynamics of physical indicators was carried out based on the data obtained at the beginning and at the end of the study, all the results are listed in the table
