Нынешняя тенденция на здоровый образ жизни (ЗОЖ) - это не список определенных правил и запретов. ЗОЖ индивидуален для каждого человека, т. е. это тот формат жизни, когда человеку комфортно с самим собой и окружающим миром, когда человек полон сил, эмоционально устойчив и находится в балансе между потребностями организма, здоровья и другими аспектами жизни. Где главный фактор это здоровье, а оно, в свою очередь, зависит от множества компонентов. По утверждению ученых, здоровье зависит на 5-55% от образа жизни, на 20% - от наследственности, на 20-25% - от состояния окружающей среды (экологии), на 8-12% - от работы системы здравоохранения. Из этой статистики становится очевидным, что самая большая доля вклада в здоровье человека приходится на образ жизни. В статье дается анализ результатов медицинских осмотров школьников Самарских школ, проводиться исследование по определению критериев здоровья обучающихся, их отношение к ведению ЗОЖ, дается сравнительный анализ заболеваемости некоторых среднеобразовательных учреждений г.о. Самара. Авторы подтверждают предположение о том, что здоровье школьников стремительно ухудшается. И возглавляет рейтинг патологий обучающихся -нарушения опорно-двигательного аппарата
The current trend for a healthy lifestyle (HLS) is not the list of certain rules and prohibitions. Healthy lifestyle is individual for each person, i.e. it is the format of life when a person is comfortable with himself and the world around him, when a person is full of energy, emotionally stable and in balance between the needs of the body, health and other aspects of life. Where the main factor is health, and it, in turn, depends on many components. According to scientists, health depends on 50-55% of lifestyle, 20% -on heredity, 20-25% - on the state of the environment (ecology), 8-12% - on the work of the health system. From these statistics, it becomes obvious that the largest share of the contribution to human health falls on lifestyle. The article analyzes the results of medical examinations of schoolchildren of Samara schools, the study is conducted to determine the criteria for the health of students, their attitude to the management of healthy lifestyle, the comparative analysis of the morbidity of some secondary educational institutions of the city of Samara was given. The authors confirm the assumption that the health of schoolchildren is rapidly deteriorating. And at the top of the rating of pathologies of students - disorders of the musculoskeletal system
