Авторами статьи предложены инновационные подходы по актуальным проблемам в организации учебного процесса по предмету «Физическая культура и спорт». Кроме того, рекомендованы способы повышения двигательной активности студентов в процессе обучения в вузе, а именно со студентами первого курса до проведения обязательного медицинского осмотра, для определения группы здоровья и получения допуска на занятия по физической культуре. Изложены результаты педагогического эксперимента, которые эффективно и позитивно отображаются на процессе физической подготовки в МГТУ им. Н.Э. Баумана. На основе тестирования информативного 2 км пешеходного теста (теста UKK) проведен мониторинг уровня функциональной подготовленности студентов, позволяющий получить достаточно объективную характеристику состояния их здоровья и физического развития в данный период. Дана оценка практических результатов исследования, связанная с системной работы кафедры в поиске современных подходов в организации учебного процесса по предмету физическая культура и спорт. Данные рекомендации необходимо учитывать для реализации программы профессионально-прикладной физической подготовки студентов технических ВУЗов
The authors of the article propose the innovative approaches to topical issues in the organization of the educational process on the subject of "Physical Culture and Sports". In addition, the methods were recommended to increase the motor activity of students in the process of studying at the university, namely with first-year students before conducting a mandatory medical examination, to determine the health group and obtain admission to physical education classes. The results of the pedagogical experiment were presented, which are effectively and positively reflected in the process of physical training at the Bauman Moscow State Technical University. Based on the testing of the informative 2 km walking test (UKK test), the monitoring of the level of functional readiness of students was carried out, which allows to obtain a fairly objective characteristic of their health and physical development during this period. The evaluation of the practical results of the study related to the systematic work of the department in the search for modern approaches in the organization of the educational process on the subject of physical culture and sports is given. These recommendations should be taken into account for the implementation of the program of professional and applied physical training of students of technical universities
