В число стратегически важных социальных направлений современной России входит развитие физкультурно-спортивной отрасли, как значимого фактора повышения качества жизни, сохранения и укрепления здоровья населения, роста человеческого капитала. С распространением короновирусной инфекции COVID-19 физкультурно-спортивная отрасль оказалась в тяжелейших условиях, имела экономические потери и функционировала в ограниченных условиях. Для вовлечения населения в систематические занятия физической культурой и спортом главным условием является доступность физкультурно-спортивной инфраструктуры. Целью исследования является выявление возможностей для занятий физической культурой и спортом в контексте роста ряда показателей, характеризующих развитие физкультурно-спортивной инфраструктуры на территории России. В статье представлена динамика развития физкультурно-спортивной отрасли в разрезе восьми федеральных округов Российской Федерации за 2018-2021 гг на основе анализа статистических материалов Минспорта РФ. А также динамика вовлечения населения в систематические занятия физической культурой и спортом, где главным условием является доступность физкультурноспортивной инфраструктуры. Исследование направлено на реализацию задач стратегии развития физической культуры и спорта в Российской Федерации на период до 2030 года. Дается оценка состояния спортивной инфраструктуры в Российской Федерации и объемов финансирования ФКИС в период 2018-2021 гг как факторов активизации массового спорта на основе анализа показателей восьми федеральных округов
Among the strategically important social areas of modern Russia is the development of the physical culture and sports industry, as a significant factor in improving the quality of life, maintaining and strengthening the health of the population, and the growth of human capital. With the spread of COVID-19, the physical culture and sports industry found itself in the most difficult conditions, had economic losses and functioned in the limited conditions. To involve the population in systematic physical culture and sports, the main condition is the availability of physical culture and sports infrastructure. The purpose of the study is to identify opportunities for physical culture and sports in the context of the growth of a number of indicators characterizing the development of physical culture and sports infrastructure in Russia. The article presents the dynamics of the development of the physical culture and sports industry in the context of eight federal districts of the Russian F ederation for 2018-2021. based on the analysis of statistical materials of the Ministry of Sports of the Russian Federation. As well as the dynamics of involving the population in systematic physical education and sports, where the main condition is the availability of physical culture and sports infrastructure. The study is aimed at implementing the objectives of the strategy for the development of physical culture and sports in the Russian Federation for the period up to 2030. The assessment was given of the state of the sports infrastructure in the Russian Federation and the amount of funding for the FKIS in the period 2018-2021 as factors for the activation of mass sports based on the analysis of the indicators of eight federal districts
