Обобщая передовой опыт подготовки ведущих гимнасток России, можно сказать, что наиболее многообразной, требующей высокого исполнительского мастерства группой движений с предметами являются броски и ловли. Основной причиной сбавок у гимнасток за технику выполнения данных упражнений специалисты называют недостаточную стабильность выполнения ими бросковых элементов, как на тренировках, так и на соревнованиях. Данный факт является следствием не только пробелов в технической подготовке спортсменок, но и в их физическом развитии. В частности, на формирование техники бросковых действий с гимнастическими предметами оказывает влияние асимметричное развитие подвижности плечевых суставов пояса верхних конечностей. Цель исследования: изучить степень влияния асимметрии в развитии подвижности плечевых суставов гимнасток на точность воспроизведения ими бросковых действий с мячом. Summarizing the advanced training experience of the leading gymnasts of Russia, we can say that the most diverse group of movements with objects requiring high performing skills are throws and catches. The main reason for the gymnasts' deductions for the technique of performing these exercises, experts call the insufficient stability of their throwing elements, both in training and in competitions. This fact is consequence not only of gaps in the technical training of athletes, but also in their physical development. In particular, the formation of the technique of throwing actions with gymnastic objects is influenced by the asymmetric development of mobility of the shoulder joints of the upper extremity belt. The purpose of the study: to study the degree of influence of asymmetry in the development of mobility of the shoulder joints of gymnasts on the accuracy of their reproduction of throwing actions with the ball.
