В статье представлены результаты анализа методологии обучения технике бокса, изучения основных принципов выполнения движений, разработки классификации технических имитационных двигательных действий в боксе. Цель исследования – классифицировать технику имитационных двигательных действий в боксе. Методы исследования: анализ и обобщение научно-методической литературы, анкетный опрос. Результаты исследования и выводы. Определена классификация техники имитационных действий в боксе. Полученный результат способствует повышению эффективности методики начального обучения техническим действиям в боксе с использованием имитационных двигательных заданий.
The article presents the results of the analysis of the methodology for teaching boxing techniques, the study of the fundamental principles of movement execution, and the development of a classification of technical imitation motor actions in boxing. The purpose of the study is to classify the technique of simulated motor actions in boxing. Research methods: analysis and generalization of scientific and methodological literature, survey questionnaire. Research results and conclusions. A classification of simulation techniques in boxing has been established. The obtained result contributes to the enhancement of the effectiveness of the introductory training methodology for technical actions in boxing through the use of simulated motor tasks.
