    <p>В настоящей парадигме развития высшего образования достаточно много возможностей по применению инновационных методик оценивания праксиологической составляющей компетентностных достижений студентов в рамках академической нагрузки «Здоровьесберегающего блока» дисциплин ФГОС ВО. &#13;
Цель исследования – изучение применимости анкеты IPAQ-SF (International Physical Activity Questionnaire Short Form) в практике компетентностного освоения компетенций здоровьесберегающего блока дисциплин ФГОС ВО 3++. &#13;
Методы и организация исследования. В педагогическом эксперименте приняли участие студенты всех факультетов МГППУ в количестве 160 человек. Эксперимент проводился 2 учебных года. В качестве проверки релевантности выступила анкета IPAQ-SF с авторскими дополнениями.&#13;
Результаты исследования и выводы. В ходе исследования выявлено, что наибольшие положительные сдвиги в энерготратах МЕТ на физическую активность показали студенты непсихологических специальностей и направлений подготовки, показатели МЕТ «Сидячего образа жизни» инвариантны на протяжении периода обучения в силу специфики обучения и академических занятий в положении сидя. Анкетирование IPAQ-SF применимо как один из показателей освоения компетенций и логической взаимосвязи практической и теоретической дисциплин «Здоровьесберегающего блока» ФГОС ВО.</p>

    <p>In the current paradigm of higher education development, there are ample opportunities to apply innovative assessment methods for the praxiological component of students' competency achievements within the academic load of the 'Health-Saving Block' disciplines of the Federal State Educational Standards for Higher Education. &#13;
The purpose of the study is to examine the applicability of the IPAQ-SF (International Physical Activity Questionnaire Short Form) in the practice of competency-based acquisition of health-preserving competencies within the framework of the Federal State Educational Standards for Higher Education 3++. &#13;
Research methods and organization. The pedagogical experiment involved students from all faculties of the Moscow State University of Psychology and Education, totaling 160 participants. The experiment was conducted over two academic years. To verify its relevance, the IPAQ-SF questionnaire with author's additions was utilized. &#13;
Research results and conclusions. The study revealed that the greatest positive shifts in MET energy expenditures related to physical activity were observed among students from non-psychological specialties and fields of study. The MET values for a &quot;Sedentary Lifestyle&quot; remained invariant throughout the training period due to the specific nature of education and academic activities conducted in a seated position. The IPAQ-SF questionnaire is applicable as one of the indicators of the acquisition of competencies and the logical relationship between practical and theoretical disciplines in the 'Health-Saving Block' of the Federal State Educational Standards for Higher Education.</p>
