Цель исследования – определить корректировочные коэффициенты для разработки нормативов испытаний (тестов) Всероссийского физкультурно-спортивного комплекса «Готов к труду и обороне» для лиц с синдромом Дауна. Методы и организация исследования. В ходе исследования нами были проанализированы спортивные дисциплины, представленные в программе официальных соревнований в спорте лиц с интеллектуальными нарушениями. Из списка спортивных дисциплин были определены те, в которых выступают спортсмены с интеллектуальными нарушениями и спортсмены с синдромом Дауна, а также выявлены установленные спортсменами двух классов рекорды мира по этим дисциплинам. На следующем этапе была определена разница в процентном соотношении между рекордами спортсменов с синдромом Дауна и спортсменов с интеллектуальными нарушениями. Результаты исследования и выводы. Выявлены 30 различных дисциплин спорта лиц с интеллектуальными нарушениями, рекорды мира которых официально регистрируются Международной спортивной Федерацией для лиц с нарушениями интеллекта (Virtus - World Intellectual Impairment Sport). Из них были определены 12 дисциплин, в которых выступают спортсмены с интеллектуальными нарушениями (ИН-1) и спортсмены с синдромом Дауна (ИН-2). Все отобранные дисциплины по проявлению основных соревновательных действий схожи с тестами ВФСК ГТО. Для определения корректировочных коэффициентов проведен математический расчёт для выявления разницы в рекордах мира спортсменов двух классов. Разница между рекордами спортсменов классов ИН-2 и ИН-1 определялась в процентном соотношении, который был в дальнейшем использован для расчёта корректировочного коэффициента и для разработки нормативов испытаний (тестов) ВФСК ГТО для лиц с синдромом Дауна по оценке физических качеств «скоростные возможности», «выносливость» и «скоростно-силовые возможности».
The purpose of the study – to determine the adjustment coefficients for the development of testing standards (tests) for the All-Russian Physical Culture and Sports Complex "Ready for Labor and Defense" for individuals with Down syndrome. Research methods and organization. During the research, we analyzed the sports disciplines represented in the program of official competitions for individuals with intellectual disabilities. From the list of sports disciplines, we identified those in which athletes with intellectual disabilities and athletes with Down syndrome compete, as well as the world records established by athletes from these two classes in these disciplines. In the next stage, the difference in the percentage ratio between the records of athletes with Down syndrome and athletes with intellectual disabilities was determined. Research results and conclusions. Thirty different sports disciplines for individuals with intellectual disabilities have been identified, the world records of which are officially registered by the International Sports Federation for Individuals with Intellectual Disabilities (Virtus - World Intellectual Impairment Sport). Among them, twelve disciplines have been determined in which athletes with intellectual disabilities (IN-1) and athletes with Down syndrome (IN-2) compete. All selected disciplines in terms of the manifestation of basic competitive actions are similar to the tests of the All-Russian Physical Culture and Sports Complex. To determine the adjustment coefficients, a mathematical calculation was conducted to identify the difference in world records of athletes from two classes. The difference between the records of athletes in classes IN-2 and IN-1 was determined as a percentage, which was subsequently used to calculate the adjustment coefficient and to develop the standards for the tests of the All-Russian Physical Culture and Sports Complex for individuals with Down syndrome in assessing physical qualities such as "speed capabilities," "endurance," and "speed-strength capabilities."
