   <abstract xml:lang="ru">
    <p>Цель исследования – изучить, проанализировать зарубежные и отечественные исследования начала ХХI века (из баз данных Scopus и Web of Science) и определить, как сами студенты оценивают уровень своей конфликтологический готовности, выстраивают перечень важных составляющих качеств специалиста, необходимых для разрешения конфликтных ситуаций, и какие обучающие методы необходимы для их формирования. &#13;
Методы исследования: систематический обзор, методы интеллектуального анализа данных и интеллектуальный анализ текста, обобщение.&#13;
Результаты исследования и выводы. Обзор и анализ научных исследований выявил, что студенты и педагоги низко оценивают уровень умений разрешать конфликты. Полученные результаты выявили качественные характеристики конфликтологической грамотности: коммуникативные, эмоциональные, нравственные, организационные, а также методы, применяемые для их формирования: ролевые игры, онлайн технологии, коучинг, переговорные практики и др.</p>

   <trans-abstract xml:lang="en">
    <p>The purpose of the study is to examine and analyze foreign and domestic studies from the early 21st century (from the Scopus and Web of Science databases) and to determine how the students themselves assess their level of conflictological readiness, establish a list of important qualities needed for specialists to resolve conflict situations, and identify the teaching methods necessary for their development. &#13;
Research methods: systematic review, data mining methods, text mining, generalization. &#13;
Research results and conclusions. The review and analysis of scientific research revealed that students and educators have a low assessment of their conflict resolution skills. The obtained results highlighted the qualitative characteristics of conflictological literacy: communicative, emotional, moral, organizational, as well as the methods employed for their formation: role-playing games, online technologies, coaching, negotiation practices, and others.</p>
