Цель исследования – охарактеризовать перспективные пути вовлечения студенческой молодежи в вузе в оздоровительную физическую культуру. Методы исследования: теоретический анализ научной литературы, нормативных документов и открытых источников; систематизация, сопоставление, обобщение и интерпретация материалов. Результаты исследования и выводы. Актуализирована проблема недостатка физической активности среди молодежи, влияющая на здоровье и качество жизни. Уточнены актуальные тенденции в развитии оздоровительной физической культуры, среди которых выделяются: внедрение цифровых технологий, использование фиджитал-спорта, популяризация медитативных и фитнес-практик, значимость студенческого самоуправления в организации физической активности. В ракурсе названных тенденций обоснованы возможные перспективные практики организации физической культуры в молодежной среде. По итогам проведенного исследования сделаны выводы о необходимости трансформации и модернизации существующих практик физического воспитания с учетом современных требований и предпочтений молодежи.
The purpose of the study is to characterize promising ways to engage student youth in higher education institutions in health-oriented physical education. Research methods: theoretical analysis of scientific literature, regulatory documents, and open sources; systematization, comparison, generalization, and interpretation of materials. Research results and conclusions. The issue of insufficient physical activity among young people, which affects their health and quality of life, has been updated. Current trends in the development of health-oriented physical education have been clarified, highlighting the following: the implementation of digital technologies, the use of fidgetal sports, the popularization of meditative and fitness practices, and the importance of student self-governance in organizing physical activity. Within the framework of these trends, potential forward-looking practices for organizing physical culture in the youth environment have been substantiated. The conclusions drawn from the conducted research emphasize the necessity for the transformation and modernization of existing physical education practices, taking into account the contemporary demands and preferences of young people.
