В статье представлены данные научно-практического исследования по выявлению взаимосвязи результатов общей физической и специальной технической подготовки студентов с формированием скоростно-силовых навыков в боксе. По мнению авторов, тестовые упражнения с теннисным мячом «в челноке» и другие задания, в том числе на быстроту реакции и постановки работы ног с ударом по мешку для выполнения теста, будут способствовать улучшению скорости движений рук при нанесении ударов по учебным снарядам. Обследование студентов по ряду тестов и сопоставление результатов тестирования с разными показателями освоения техники бокса позволит выявить наиболее эффективные из них для формирования навыков в условиях спарринга.

The article presents the data of a scientific and practical study to identify the relationship between the results of general physical and special technical training of students with the formation of speed and strength skills in boxing. We assumed that a test exercise with a tennis ball "in the shuttle" and other tasks, including reaction speed and setting footwork with a kick on the bag to perform the test, would help improve the speed of hand movements when striking training projectiles. The examination of students on a number of tests and the compilation of test results with different indicators of mastering boxing techniques will allow us to identify the most influential of them for the formation of skills in sparring conditions.
