В учебно-тренировочном процессе по вольной борьбе большое внимание уделяется развитию ловкости как одному из ведущих психофизических качеств, от уровня развития которого зависит результативность участия обучающихся в соревновательной деятельности. В статье представлены результаты исследования, свидетельствующие об эффективности развития ловкости у обучающихся начальной школы в условиях широкого применения игровых технологий в системе дополнительного образования по вольной борьбе. Особенности организации исследования, определение объекта и предмета исследования обусловлены сенситивным периодом развития ловкости (возраст 7-12 лет) и доминированием игровой деятельности в данный возрастной период.
In the free-style wrestling training process, much attention is paid to the development of dexterity as one of the leading psychophysical qualities, the level of development of which determines the effectiveness of students' participation in competitive activities. The article presents the results of a study indicating the effectiveness of the development of dexterity in primary school students in the conditions of widespread use of gaming technologies in the system of additional education in freestyle wrestling. The peculiarities of the organization of the study, the definition of the object and subject of the study are due to the sensitive period of dexterity development (age 7-12 years) and the dominance of gaming activity in this age period.
