   <abstract xml:lang="ru">
    <p>В статье рассмотрено влияние пампинга на антропометрические показатели и механические свойства двуглавой мышцы плеча.&#13;
Цель исследования – оценить влияние пампинга на изменение антропометрических показателей и механических характеристик скелетных мышц человека, а также установить длительность памп-эффекта. &#13;
Методы и организация исследования. Применяли антропометрию и методику оценки механических свойств скелетных мышц. Исследование проводили с участием шести бодибилдеров. &#13;
Результаты исследования и выводы. Установлено, что применение пампинга позволяет в течение 15-30 минут достичь достоверного увеличения обхвата плеча в состоянии максимального напряжения мышц на 1,5±0,2 см. Через 30 минут обхват плеча возвращается к исходному уровню. Таким образом, памп-эффект сохраняется в течение 30 минут.</p>

   <trans-abstract xml:lang="en">
    <p>The article examines the effect of pumping on the anthropometric indicators and mechanical properties of the biceps brachii muscle. &#13;
The purpose of the study is to assess the impact of pumping on changes in anthropometric indicators and mechanical characteristics of human skeletal muscles, as well as to determine the duration of the pump effect.&#13;
Research methods and organization. Anthropometry and methods for assessing the mechanical properties of skeletal muscles were applied. The study was conducted with the participation of six bodybuilders.&#13;
Research results and conclusions. It has been established that the use of pumping allows for a reliable increase in the circumference of the shoulder under maximum muscle tension by 1.5±0.2 cm within 15-30 minutes. After 30 minutes, the shoulder circumference returns to its initial level. Thus, the pump effect persists for 30 minutes.</p>
