В статье рассмотрена роль средств массовой информации в развитии физической культуры и спорта среди студентов. Физическая культура и спорт являются важными компонентами здорового образа жизни. Представлено исследование по выявлению источников информации, которые могут влиять на формирование интереса к занятиям спортом и повышение уровня физической активности в жизни студентов. Отмечены позитивные и негативные стороны воздействия средств массовой информации на здоровье и физическую форму молодежи. Определено, влияние средств массовой информации в развитии интереса к физической культуре и спорту среди студентов. В исследовании использовали метод анонимного анкетирования. Результаты показали, что СМИ имеет значительное влияние на развитие физической культуры и спорта среди студентов.
The article examines the role of the media in the development of physical culture and sports among students. Physical education and sports are important components of a healthy lifestyle. However, the modern pace of life does not always promote a decent level of activity for the body, which can lead to decreased immunity and more serious health problems. In this context, the media represent a powerful tool for disseminating information and shaping public opinion regarding interest in sports. The work examined various sources of information that can influence the formation of interest in sports and increasing the level of physical activity in the lives of students. The positive and negative aspects of the impact of the media on the health and physical fitness of young people were also displayed. The purpose of the study is to determine what influence the media have in developing interest in physical education and sports among students. The study was conducted using the anonymous survey method. The results of the study showed that the media has a significant influence on the development of physical education and sports among students.
