Освоение дисциплины «Возрастные особенности человека» позволит будущим специалистам в области физической культуры и спорта адекватно оценивать уровень физического развития и адаптационные возможности занимающихся различного пола и возраста. При изучении дисциплины студенты должны овладеть умением связывать возрастные особенности строения органов с уровнем физического развития организма в разные возрастные периоды. Однако при дистанционной форме обучения студенты, изучая учебный материал самостоятельно, заучивают возрастные особенности строения органов, не сопоставляя их с показателями физического развития всего организма. Целью работы явилось изучение уровня освоения учебного материала дисциплины студентами, обучающимися дистанционно и при очном обучении на кафедре под руководством преподавателей. Исследование проводили со студентами IV курса бакалавриата: 54 студента проходили обучение на кафедре, 17 студентов обучались дистационно. Полученные результаты показали, что студенты, изучающие дисциплину на кафедре под руководством преподавателей, овладевают умением оценивать взаимосвязь возрастных особенностей органов и всего организма, что проявляется в более высоких баллах, полученных за выполнение контрольных заданий и за промежуточный контроль знаний. При дистанционном обучении студенты запоминают особенности строения отдельных органов в разные возрастные периоды, не связывая их с возрастными изменениями морфофункциональных показателей всего организма. Предлагается дополнить учебный материал дистанционного курса дисциплины объяснением взаимосвязи особенностей строения органов в разные возрастные периоды с уровнем физического развития организма.

Mastering the discipline "Age characteristics of a person" will allow future specialists in the field of physical culture and sports to adequately assess the level of physical development and adaptive capabilities of those involved in various genders and ages. When studying the discipline, students must master the ability to link the age-related features of the structure of organs with the level of physical development of the body at different age periods. However, with distance learning, students, studying the educational material on their own, memorize the age-related features of the structure of organs, without comparing them with the physical development of the whole organism. The purpose of the work was to study the level of mastering the educational material of the discipline by students studying remotely and full-time at the department under the guidance of teachers. The study was conducted on students of the IV year of bachelor's degree: 54 students studied at the department, 17 students studied remotely. The results of the study showed that students studying the discipline at the department, under the guidance of teachers, master the ability to assess the relationship between the age characteristics of organs and the whole body, which manifests itself in higher scores obtained for completing control tasks and for intermediate knowledge control. During distance learning, students memorize the structural features of individual organs at different age periods, without associating them with age-related changes in morphological and functional parameters of the entire body. It is proposed to supplement the educational material of the distance course of the discipline with an explanation of the relationship between the features of the structure of organs in different age periods and the level of physical development of the body.
