В статье описан практический опыт применения лечебной физической культуры для адаптивной физической реабилитации лиц, страдающих постинфекционной астенией Представлено исследование по выявлению основных требований к подбору упражнений, доказана целесообразность и эффективность физической культуры для минимизации и устранения симптомов постинфекционной астении.

The article describes the practical experience of using therapeutic physical culture for adaptive physical rehabilitation of people suffering from post-infectious asthenia, identifies the basic requirements for the selection of exercises, and proves the feasibility and effectiveness of physical culture for minimizing and eliminating the symptoms of post-infectious asthenia.
